Every day, we hear about our planet'stroubles and what needs to be done to avoid a climate crisis. Sustainabilityhas become a buzzword, and many peers feel overwhelmed with what is expected ofthem to do their part in living a greener life. That is why the SocialResponsibility Department decided to show how to avoid fast fashion and givepre-loved items a second chance.

We visited different - curated andnon-curated - second-hand clothing stores offering various styles and brands onour vintage crawl. We topped the crawl off by visiting Carla by Caritas, asecond-hand furniture store offering everything from household goods toantiques. If you like having unique pieces, that is your place to visit.

Doing the best for our planet starts beforewe leave our homes: What do we wear, what table do we eat our food at? Let'sgive second-hand a second chance because our planet is not getting one. In caseyou missed the event and still would like to see it for yourself, you can finda list of the places at the bottom of the article. Lastly, if none of thesestrike your fancy, we encourage you to explore other second-hand stores inVienna and your local area.
